Vraj Camp Volunteer: After a parent registers to volunteer at the camp, the parent will be allowed to pre-register a child. Volunteer acceptance in the camp will depend on the need, availability and activities the volunteer can perform. Upon approval the parent will receive instructions for early registration by email. Only one child per parent Volunteer will be allowed to register early. Incase the parent can not make it to the camp; the child's registration will be automatically cancelled. Vraj Volunteers: A Parent, who volunteers at the Mandir for at least four non-Utsav weekends (8 days) per year between the months of March, 2012 and November, 2012 will be allowed to early register a child for camps 2013 with approval. One child per parent will be allowed for each 8 days of approved seva. Upon approval the Volunteer will receive instructions for early registration by email. Volunteers who can help for the duration of Camp
We are also looking for volunteers who can come to Vraj camp and stay for five weeks and teach Pushti-education, Indian Culture, or Conversational Gujarati to our campers.
Our camps start on the First Saturday after July 4th each year.
Transportation and accommodation will be provided.
